Common questions
How do I add my card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
Open the card link you received from the business on your phone (for example from a signup page, email, or QR code). Tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet and follow the on-screen steps.
How do I remove the card from my wallet?
On iPhone: open the Wallet app, select the pass, tap the … (More) button, and choose Remove Pass.
On Android: open Google Wallet, select the pass, open the menu, and remove or delete it.
Who do I contact about a reward or my stamps?
Contact the business that issued your card. They run the loyalty programme and can help with stamps, rewards, and your visit history.
